Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the RenderCache service — rendercache.ru, the workspace console, the rcd agent and the API — by customer organisations ("Customer") and their users. Where the Service and the Customer have signed a separate agreement, that agreement prevails in case of conflict. If the Russian version differs from this translation, the Russian version prevails.

01Closed beta

The Service is in closed beta. Public registration is disabled: accounts are created only for studios invited by the Service and only by their workspace administrators. Features, limits and interfaces may change during the beta; we give at least 30 days' notice of changes that affect API integrations.

02Accounts and access

  • The Customer is responsible for the actions of its users, agents and service tokens.
  • Credentials and tokens must not be shared with third parties; if compromise is suspected, revoke them in the console immediately and notify security@rendercache.ru.
  • We may temporarily suspend an account or agent where necessary to protect the Service or other customers, notifying the administrator.

03Customer content

All rights in caches, scenes, textures and other material transferred through the Service belong to the Customer or its licensors. The Service only receives the right to store and transfer encrypted content to the extent needed to provide the Service. The Customer warrants that it is entitled to transfer such material, including under non-disclosure agreements with its own clients.

04Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service to store or distribute material that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights;
  • attempt to access other workspaces, keys or metadata;
  • run load tests or vulnerability scans without written approval;
  • resell access to the Service without a separate agreement.

05Fees and payment

Plans are published on the website and exclude VAT. Fees are invoiced under the agreement, monthly or annually. A pilot is free of charge on terms agreed with the Customer. Usage above plan limits is billed at add-on prices.

06Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock. Target availability and support response times depend on the plan; a guaranteed SLA applies only to the Enterprise plan and is set out in the agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.

07Confidentiality

Each party keeps confidential the information it learns while performing these Terms. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

08Liability

The Service is not liable for the content of Customer Content or for losses caused by the Customer's users, failures of networks outside the Service's control, or force majeure. The Service's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding three months unless the agreement states otherwise.

09Termination

The Customer may close its workspace at any time. After closure, metadata export is available for 30 days, after which encrypted data on cache nodes and accounts are deleted. The Service may terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, with notice to the Customer.

10Governing law and contacts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in court at the Service's location unless the agreement provides otherwise. Contact: legal@rendercache.ru.
